She creates murals in restaurants. Decorates pools. Designs interiors of nightclubs. But also provides the wall of a nursery with a moving performance. Drawing is the great love of designer / styling teacher Nathalie Sebregts. With a few sensitive lines she draws people and animals if they can move at any time.
Her City Girls are now famous in Amsterdam. Girls with colorful outfits, high heels, with a pile of bags in hand; shopping back from a lap. Young women, fancy styled behind a cart. For the washing machine, a piece suit à la Chanel. Or a young lady in a red bathing suit seen from behind, sitting on a swing, her high heels are just kicked off . Another sits huddled in a warm sweater. Whether they meditate, closed in lotus position, eyes closed. The everyday life of a woman of the world, trapped in a few lines.
Normally Nathalie’s work is at Studio Mevrouw van Dale in the Hallen in Amsterdam. And Nathalie is illustrating for Wendy Magazine. The magazine of Wendy van Dijk.
But especially for Artonthebox she designed artwork with gold leaf flowers. For that daily pinch of glamour romance.

None of her artworks are really what the viewer think he/she sees, with this she wants to distract viewers and invites them to interact with the artwork and gives the viewer the possibility to take part in a creative moment.
